Day of Event: Please have (1) ONE participant check in and pick up Bingo packets for your group. Bingo rounds will start promptly at event start time.
HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE:
All attending and staff will be required to wear masks during this event and to follow current State/City & County of Honolulu requirements or other safety measures set by MTA.
All events are subject to change or cancelation.
MAIL – IN registration for the Mililani Town Association Spring Craft Fair is NOW OPEN.
Please read the Vendor Agreement for complete instructions.
All participants agree to follow all State and City & County mandates pertaining to COVID-19 related safety and other rules set by the Mililani Town Association. Specifics will be outlined in VENDOR REMINDERS that will be sent prior to the event. Vendors who chose not to participate once spaces have been assigned must request a refund (less $20 processing fee) by Friday, April 8, 2022, at 4:00 pm (see above for CANCELATION/RETURNED CHECK FEE POLICY).

Note: Registration is NOT first-come, first-served. However, applications with correct payments received by the deadline will be part of the first batch of considered vendors.
MAIL-IN ONLY (see agreement for details). Please DO NOT email me your application for this event. Also, because we receive a lot of applications for this event, please do not call/email us to make sure we got your application. We will be periodically emailing vendors to confirm that we received your application/payment. If you do not hear from us a week after you sent it in – please email to confirm if we received it or not.

How to Enter: STARTS DECEMBER 1, 2021. NO EARLY ENTRIES PLEASE.• Official entry forms will be available in the December 2021 Mililani News, downloaded at mililanitown.org, at the Rec 3 & Rec 7 Business Offices, or any Rec Center during business hours starting on December 1, 2021. Be sure to fill out form COMPLETELY. • Member must fill out entry blank completely and DROP OFF at Rec 3 or Rec 7 Business Offices, any Rec Center during business hours or MAIL IN to Admin. Entries must be RECEIVED BY 7 pm on Friday, December 17, 2021.

Duplicate addresses will be disqualified. • MTA employees & members of their household are not eligible to enter. MTA Members can enter from December 1, 2021 – December 17, 2021. • Entries must be RECEIVED BY 7 pm on Friday, December 17, 2021. • Entry blanks with incomplete information will be disqualified. • MTA is not responsible for lost or stolen entries, entries received after the deadline or illegible entries. • Winners will be chosen by random on Monday, December 20, 2021. • Once winners are verified, winners will be notified via email and/or phone by Wednesday, December 22, 2021. • Winners can pick up prize at Rec 3 Business Office by appointment. Must provide ID and sign for prize. • If prizes are not claimed by 7pm on Friday, January 21, 2022, an alternate winner will be selected for unclaimed prizes. • Winners agree to have their full names printed in newsletter.
