BOOTCAMP – This is not your average Bootcamp class! Shake up your fitness routine with a heart-pumping session of fun, games, sweat and strength. Led by a Certified Personal Trainer our signature format is adjustable for all fitness levels and ages. Students are required to bring their own mats and weights. A 60-minute full-body work out for all ages and fitness levels. Get moving to a heart-thumping hot music playlist that will leave you breathless, toned and coming back for more.

Zumba GOLD – Combining Latin and International music, GOLD is a low-impact dance fitness class designed for active older adults, people with mobility issues, and anyone who is new to Zumba. Easy-to-follow moves that promote cardio health, coordination, balance, stronger bones and muscles. Low impact means the moves will be easier on the joints. If needed, chairs are available for a great seated workout (Chair Zumba). No registration needed. Just come, pay at the door, and join in the fun!
